How you'll help the good side
As Channel Manager New Business, you'll build strategic partnerships that strengthen our partner network and grow our product further. You'll focus on building new partnerships with financial service providers and marketplaces. You recognize where opportunities lie - in a new market, an untapped vertical, or a smart complementary product - and turn that opportunity into collaboration. You guide new partners from first contact to successful onboarding, integration, and activation. You ensure they align with our commercial and technical direction, and that everything works: both in content and in practice. Together with our marketing team, you build visibility, enthusiasm, and adoption. So that 'your' partnerships don't just go live, but truly come to life. After onboarding, you remain involved as a point of contact to our internal teams, and vice versa.
What you'll do
You develop a smart partnership strategy: you spot opportunities in new markets and sectors: from financial service providers to tier 1 merchants and innovative payment companies.
You approach new channel partners, guide their onboarding, and work with our current Partnership Manager to build strong, sustainable relationships.
You lead negotiations and structure commercial deals that don't just sound good, but also deliver measurable results.
You work closely with teams like Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to bring co-marketing campaigns, API integrations, and white-label solutions to life.
You keep multiple projects tightly organized, even when deadlines are tight, and know how to effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

You have 5+ years of experience building partnerships and achieving commercial growth, preferably in payments, e-commerce, or fintech
You know how to shape AND maintain strategic partnerships, and easily engage with stakeholders at every level
You communicate clearly and persuasively, both in Dutch and English, whether you're talking to a technical team or a commercial partner
You're curious about the world of fintech and payments, and quickly understand how complex ecosystems work
You enjoy working on solutions that are not only smart but also responsible, and have a sharp sense of what's right, even in the long term
