In3 gives merchants 2 ways to win. A BNPL product that’s completely interest-free. And an APR product for buyers who need more time on larger purchases. Both drive conversion. Both raise average order value. Both bring a new group of buyers into the funnel. The products sell themselves. Your job is to decide what we build next.
How you help us grow
What used to be one product is now a product suite. And a suite needs owners. You'll be working on a range of projects on our backlog: our international expansion, fraud prevention, new legislation, products growing from prototype to market. Projects with real weight, where you carry the responsibility from idea to launch.
You own your stream end to end. You figure out what's needed, for the company and for the product, and you turn it into a roadmap you can defend.
You think before you build. New market, new legislation, new product: you start with what it means for the business, then translate it into what we build.
You work independently, but never alone. You drive your own stream and decide when to pull people in. Early rather than late.
You work daily with our team of 8 engineers. You understand enough of the technical side to have a real conversation about the how, as well as the what.
You manage stakeholders on both sides. Internal teams like development, sales and operations. External partners like merchants and PSPs. You keep expectations clear and interests aligned.
You handle the full spectrum. The serious side of fintech, like risk and compliance. And the creative side, like the features that make people come back.
What we're looking for
You've done product work at a scale-up, so you know what it's really like. Priorities shift, requirements come in half-finished, and shipping beats perfect. You don't need structure handed to you. You bring it. You need a product worth building.
Experience in product ownership, product management or project delivery at a scale-up
A track record of taking products from idea to launch. You turn requirements into specs an engineer can build from
Enough technical depth to hold your own in the conversation, without needing to be the most technical person in the room
Stakeholder management that keeps priorities straight, even when others think theirs comes first
Precision and perspective in one: the details are right and the solution scales
Ownership of outcomes. Also the ones that aren't going your way
