In3 gives merchants 2 ways to win. A BNPL product that’s completely interest-free. And an APR product for buyers who need more time on larger purchases. Both drive conversion. Both raise average order value. Both bring a new group of buyers into the funnel. The products sell themselves. Your job is to get them in front of the players who matter most.

How you help us grow

In3 and TrueLayer are taking on Europe and this is the commercial role at the centre of it. In this role you own In3's most complex, high-value enterprise partnerships from concept to close and integration. You operate where payments strategy meets commercial reality, moving fast across internal and external stakeholders to get the right deals done and make sure they land.
Concretely, this is what that looks like:

  • You own the full cycle from first conversation to signed contract to live integration. You know how to keep momentum and you don't let deals die in someone's inbox.

  • You know which metrics actually matter and which ones just look good in a deck. You set the right targets with partners, track what's real and course-correct before anyone has to ask.

  • You build relationships that outlast the deal. C-suite on both sides. You know when to push, when to listen and how to keep the right people bought in without turning every update into a meeting.

  • You can present a spreadsheet and turn it into a decision. Market size, unit economics, P&L. You build the case, you present it and you know how to handle the room when someone pushes back.

  • You've worked with product, engineering, legal and compliance before and you know how to move things forward without owning every function. What gets signed gets built. That's on you too.

  • You help shape the enterprise strategy of in3 together with our leadership team. Not just adding logo's but thinking about the complete future of online payments and where in3 powered by Truelayer fits in.

What we're looking for

You’ve been in payments long enough to know how it actually works. You’re fluent in payment rails, BNPL, card networks and the commercial dynamics that sit underneath all of it. You don’t need the industry explained to you. You need a product worth taking to market.

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in business development or a senior commercial role in payments.

  • You have a strong network in Dutch or European retail and e-commerce. You know who to call and they pick up.

  • You have a track record closing complex enterprise agreements with multiple stakeholders and turning them into long-term partnerships that grow.

  • Numbers don't intimidate you, they inform you. You can size a market, build a P&L and walk into a room full of sceptics with a business case they can't pick apart.

  • You've sat across the table from C-suite before and you know how those conversations work. You don't name-drop your way in. You earn the relationship and you keep it.

  • Getting a partnership live means pulling together product, engineering, legal and compliance without owning any of them. You know how to move things forward without making it someone else's problem.

  • You're a clear communicator. You can distill complexity for any audience.
