Both raise average order value. Both bring a new group of buyers into the funnel. Merchants and consumers count on both, every transaction, every day. Your job is to make sure they can.
How you help us grow
Fast growth comes with operational expectations. Tier 1 clients expect tier 1 operations: every payout on time, every transaction working, every question answered. That's the bar, and you're the one who guards it. You connect development, finance, sales and customer service, and you own every solution until it's done.
You monitor and you signal. We process thousands of transactions per day. Dashboards, reports and alerting are in place. You watch trends day on day and month on month, spot which merchants or processes have gone quiet, and act before anyone has to ask.
You solve edge cases end to end. You connect developers, finance and account managers until it's fixed, and you stay responsible for the whole chain. Merchant, consumer, internal teams. You touch everyone.
You write tickets for developers. Problem statements so sharp they can't be misread.
You test new releases before they go live.
You're the point of contact for merchants via our account managers, and for developers when something needs fixing now.
You improve what's there. Dashboarding and reporting exist, and you make them better.
You work directly with Bjorn, our Head of Ops, and with Ryan on data.
What we're looking for
You've worked in fintech, SaaS or in a scale-up long enough to know what growth feels like from the inside. Lines are short, days are full, and the person who fixes it is the person who steps up. You don't need a process handed to you. You need a problem worth solving.
You bring experience in an operational or analytical role at a fintech, SaaS company or similar scale-up, where you've seen what it takes to keep things running at pace.
You read trends in transaction data the way others read headlines: day-on-day and month-on-month shifts catch your eye before anyone has to point them out.
You don't need to know how to build reports from scratch. We have a data team for that. But you read numbers well enough to know what to do with them.
You can take a vague complaint or a half-described issue and turn it into a problem statement a developer can build from, without a round of follow-up questions.
You move easily between engineers and account managers, translating between the technical and the commercial side until both are working on the same solution.
You're direct in a way that works: conversations are clear, lines stay short, and nobody has to guess where they stand with you.
