In3 gives merchants two ways to win. A BNPL product that's completely interest-free. And an APR product for buyers who need more time on larger purchases. Both drive conversion. Both raise average order value. Both bring a new group of buyers into the funnel. Your job is to make sure merchants get the most out of our products.

How you help us grow

As our junior account manager you own our relationships with tier 3-5 merchants across the Netherlands and Europe. Inside a compact, AI-supported team of 10. Led by Babouschka van Bilsen, with offices in Amsterdam and Eindhoven. Your scope is small enough that what you do moves the needle. And big enough that you're not starting from zero. You know the difference between an account that's active and one that's actually thriving. Your job is to close that gap. Concretely:

  • You manage and grow a portfolio of merchants across retail, e-commerce and marketplaces. You get to know your accounts inside out and you're always one step ahead of what they need.

  • You build real relationships. Not check-in calls. Conversations that lead to deeper integrations, better performance and merchants who wouldn't dream of switching.

  • You spot upsell and expansion opportunities and help merchants get more out of in3. Better results for them, more growth for us.

  • You act as the bridge between merchants and product. Between what's happening in the market and what we should build next. Your feedback lands here and we're not too big to listen.

  • You identify and onboard new partners in key European markets as in3 scales beyond the Netherlands.

What we're looking for

Not everyone gets payments. You are eager to get in there and make sure you do understand. You've worked in a commercial role as a side job, you are ambitious and willing to dive in the payments world.

Within a couple of months you know how the ecosystem fits together and you can have a real conversation with a merchant about their payment stack without googling half the terms afterwards. That's the baseline. Everything else is built on top of it.

  • You just graduated and have your BSc. or MSc. in the pocket

  • You're proactive and organised. Good relationships don't go cold on your watch because you don't let them.

  • You're genuinely curious about where payments is heading. Not because the job description says so, but because you actually follow it.

What you'll get from us

You'll work closely with a focused commercial team, see the impact of what you do and have the room to put your stamp on it.

  • Permanent contract and a base salary of at least €3.000 per month, with a bonus structure on top.
