In3 gives merchants two ways to win. A BNPL product that's completely interest-free. And an APR product for buyers who need more time on larger purchases. Both drive conversion. Both raise average order value. Both bring a new group of buyers into the funnel. The products sell themselves. Your job is to make sure the right merchants actually have them and get the most out of them.
How you help us grow
You own relationships with tier 2 merchants across the Netherlands and Europe inside a compact team of ten sales professionals. Commercial, focused, and AI-supported. Led by Babouschka van Bilsen from Amsterdam and Eindhoven. Small enough that what you do actually moves the needle. Big enough that you're not building from zero. That means managing existing partnerships, growing them, and opening doors to new ones. You know the difference between an account that's active and one that's actually thriving and you know how to close that gap. Concretely, this is what that looks like:
You manage and grow a portfolio of tier 2 merchants across retail, e-commerce and marketplaces in NL and Europe. You know your accounts inside out and you're always one step ahead of what they need.
You build real relationships. Not check-in calls. Conversations that lead to deeper integrations, better performance and merchants who wouldn't dream of switching.
You spot upsell and expansion opportunities and help merchants get more out of in3. Better results for them, more growth for us.
You act as the bridge between merchants and product. Between what's happening in the market and what we should build next. Your feedback lands here and we're not too big to listen.
You identify and onboard new partners in key European markets as in3 scales beyond the Netherlands.
What we're looking for
Not everyone gets payments. You do. You've worked in a commercial role inside the industry, you know how the ecosystem fits together and you can have a real conversation with a merchant about their payment stack without googling half the terms afterwards. That's the baseline. Everything else is built on top of it.
You have experience in a commercial role in payments or fintech. Not adjacent to it. In it. You know the product landscape, the jargon and the dynamics of the industry from the inside.
You've worked in an inside sales or account management role where relationships were your main currency. You know how to keep a portfolio healthy and growing without needing a manager to tell you when to pick up the phone.
You understand what mid-market merchants care about. Conversion, order value, integration effort, support. You speak their language because you've had those conversations before.
You're comfortable with Salesforce, Sales Navigator and AI-supported tooling. You know your way around a CRM and you keep it clean.
You're proactive and organised. Good relationships don't go cold on your watch because you don't let them.
You're genuinely curious about where payments is heading. Not because the job description says so, but because you actually follow it.
What you'll get from us

Permanent contract and a base salary up to €5.500 per month, with a bonus structure on top.
